Welcome to Vaahan Mitra (a product of Divye Multitrade Pvt. Ltd.).
By subscribing and using our app, you agree to the following terms:

1. About the Service

• Our app helps garages/workshops manage customer details, vehicle records, and service reminders.
• The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Registration & Account

• Only garages and workshops can register.
• Please provide correct business details while creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription is charged monthly, quarterly, or yearly in advance, as per your chosen plan.
• Once paid, fees are non-refundable.
• If payment is not received on time, your account may be suspended until cleared.
• Plans may be auto-renewed unless cancelled.

4. Use of the App

• The app is meant only for your garage/service business use.
• You cannot resell, share, or misuse the app.
• Any illegal or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.

5. Data & Privacy

• The customer data you add belongs to you (the garage).
• We will never sell or misuse your data.
• We may use the data only to provide and improve the service.
• Please ensure you have customer consent before adding their details.

6. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel anytime, but fees already paid will not be refunded.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts found misusing the service or violating these terms.
• After cancellation, you may lose access to stored data.

7. Our Responsibility

• We aim to provide reliable service, but we are not responsible for:
• Loss of business due to downtime or technical errors.
• Mistakes in data entered by you.
• Unauthorised access caused by weak passwords or sharing accounts.

8. Ownership

• All rights of the app, design, and content belong to Divye Multitrade Pvt. Ltd.
• You are given a license to use the app only during your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• You will be notified of major changes.

10. Legal

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Thane District, Maharashtra.
